Lakefront living awaits you at this private and quiet home just outside of Gainesville. Only an hour away from the beaches and the many springs of North Florida. Spacious 3 Bedroom 1 Bath with lots of amenities! Recent remodel with new appliances. Beautiful views. Great wide-open space. Great family get away! Nightly price includes up to 6 guests.
Jacksonville, Palatka, Fleming Island, Starke, and Gainesville are all within easy driving distance.

Come for an easy drive to the Gator games only 24 miles from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, 24 miles from University of Florida and 21 miles from Gainesville Raceway, 26 miles from Regal Cinemas Royal Park Stadium. Shands Hospital is only 25 miles for any Traveling RN’s or any other medical field.

Bring your boat and launch at the property dirt drive or at the nearby well-known Lake Santa Fe. Close to walking/biking trails, playgrounds, and state parks; convenient shopping and dining.
Soak up the sun and serene setting that is within a short drive of life but far enough to feel gone. This one of a kind property will be your new favorite place. Come fish, swim, kayak, or bring you own boat! What better way to social distance and enjoy nature at its best.
