“Short stay, late check-in which was pleasant. Didn't get to breakfast so can't provide any details there. Room appeared clean but there was a musky smell in the room. Maybe the carpet? Interactions with staff were good. ”

“This was the cutest little bed and breakfast in Gainesville, Fl. The home was comfortable and the rooms were large and had everything I needed. I didn’t hear any of my neighbors. The property is laid out well and all the staff were incredibly nice and informative. Breakfast was good and a decent set of options. I would definitely stay again. ”

“This hotel needs significant upgrades. The rugs are worn, dingy and dirty, the "decorating" is not tasteful (to anyone), the pool towels were old and small, breakfast was subpar, the mattress and pillows were awful and you can hear everything in the hallways and in the adjacent rooms. The staff were friendly, but that is not nearly enough to justify a $216/per night stay. It felt like a motel, but it certainly was not as cheap as one.”

“Bed sheets had stains. Garbage cans in the room were left on top of the table. Garbage can in bathroom was left on top of the toilet bowl. We understand this is a motel and we paid an absurd amount because all hotels were full due to a huge event in town but we expected more. No plans to ever stay there again.”
