“The property was clean and comfortable. We only had one complaint: we chose a room with a king size bed, but it was a queen. When we called down the front desk said, oh yes, they advertise them as kings but they are really queens!”

“This is a recently updated upgraded, renovated hotel in fantastic condition! It is also well located close to a few coffee shop, shops, gas station and even at target. Not close enough that you would hear any noise.”

“Breakfast was more comprehensive than most. Because I cannot have any food with wheat sometimes it can be tricky for me to have options but there was eggs, potatoes and fruit which was perfect.”

“Beautiful place to stay. Can walk down the hill to UMass. Clean, beautiful room. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Worcester.”

“This hotel was one of the worst I’ve stayed at. Smell of smoke in the hallway. Room was smaller than the pic. TV was broken. Shower curtain was too short. Supposed to be pet friendly. More like pet tolerant. Nowhere to walk the dog. The entire property was full of trash. People living in their truck in the parking lot and using hotel facilities. Never staying there again. ”

“Room was clean. View was a nasty dirty gravel parking lot so was bummed that the “seaport” and cost don’t reflect ”

“Due to the storms it was not a good sleep very loud. Staff were helpful that I was able to do a later check out.”
