“The hotel website claims to have a shuttle from the Tampa airport to the hotel. This information is NOT accurate; there is no shuttle. Reception staff simply shrugged their shoulders when questioned about this. Sure, they can't fix it but customer service suggests they at least acknowledge the problem and say they will let management know about it. One room smelled of urine--help! The microwave and safe did not work. Find an alternate hotel!”

“Palihouse location is amazing, middle of Hyde Park with shopping and restaurants all around. Rooms are clean and nice, very cute ambiance. However my husband didn’t enjoy the basic cable, no streaming options, ESPN or golf channel. ”

“Really nice area of town to stay in. Was much smaller than I expected, and the pictures online represent multiple units at the same property. Very comfortable, but treat this as a place to lay your head and get a night’s rest. ”

“Don't let the 'recently renovated' fool you. It's all a facade. I was quite disappointed in this property. It was noisy between the other guests and barking dogs. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. Oh and the design of the kitchenette was beyond ridiculous. Doors that you couldn't open because there was a wall in the way. Definitely never staying at this place again.”

“Travelling with 2 teenagers. We reserved two rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they told us that they gave our rooms away and gave us 2 rooms with 2kings. They wanted our kids to sleep on pullouts. (Which we found dirty socks in) and they just gave us sheets and made us make the bed ourselves. Would not recommend this hotel to other families. ”

“We liked everything about the hotel with exception of the room layout. The bedroom area is only separated from the bathroom area by a glass 3/4 wall that provides no privacy for showers or getting ready at the vanity. That also provides for no noise blocking from the shower or someone drying their hair. In addition, the toilet area has a pocket door that provides for no noise blocking if you are in the bedroom, have fun with that.”

“Piccolo hotel a ridosso del fiume, veramente delizioso, di design pieno di particolari gradevoli...fuori piccola piscina esposta al tramonto...comodo il servizio parcheggio in hotel anche se a pagamento (30 $ al giorno)... personale cortese....camere un po' piccole ma funzionali, bagno spazioso...bella la vista fiume...”
