“It was true in the picture, very cozy & comfy. The only sad thing about it the couch that we had in our was sticky-- looks like an apple juice or orange juice spilled on it. We told the front desk about it and she reported it to the housekeeping department. When we get back, it looks like they cleaned it but still a lil sticky. Overall, we had a great time!”

“Checking was a bit complicated, my reservation was showing up in Expedia but not on the Hotel website. Whole process took about 35-45 mins to get it corrected and checked in. Front desk person was very nice in trying to figure out what was going on, he kept me informed over the whole process.”

“La camera era molto comoda, carina e pulita, il personale molto gentile. Le condizioni di alcune parti dell’hotel però non erano esattamente come nelle foto (hall e sala colazione). I mobili (sedie ecc) erano rovinati. La cosa peggiore però dal mio punto di vista, è stata la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine a colazione. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare tantissima scelta, ma trovo inaccettabile che nel 2025 un hotel non abbia neanche dei biscotti o delle merendine per eventuali ospiti...

“First room the ac was broken. Second room there was a dead roach and a pubic hair in the tub. Popcorn ceiling was coming down in the shower, piece of trash in the side of the chair. Place looks vacant from the outside and there’s a reason. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!”
