“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“The pool was terrible, the water was green and was it apparent that the water has not been cleaned in awhile. This was a huge let down because I was traveling with children. Other than that the staff were friendly, the food was good and the rooms were clean.”

“we got what we paid for. the hotel claims to be smoke free but it feels like it had been smoked in for decades before implementing that rule. the carpet had a sticky film that was unpleasant to walk on. the chair, desk, and mirror were all stained. the tv stand was pulled away from the wall when we arrived and i had to move it back myself. the room had a large window into the hallway as if it were on a balcony - but the hallway was entirely indoors. paying extra for parking is pretty tacky, just...

“‘The Central’ was more like an upscale motel than a 4-star facility. After staying at a DoubleTree (3-star hotel) and then staying here, my family was disappointed. This was the least grandeur Best Western Premier series hotel we stayed at. It did not have that exceptional feeling like the rest. The bathroom was nearly the size of a 1980’s walk-in closet and carpet flooring wasn’t doing it for us after being spoiled at stays with hard-surfaced flooring. “It’s an old hotel. The complementary breakfast is decent consisting of eggs (from a bottle ?), some meat, make your our own waffle, yogurts, bagels and coffee. Cleaning only happens if you stay more than 2 nights and per request. They also do not guarantee cleaning on the weekends because they have a lot of checkouts (that’s what they explained when requesting cleaning for a 5 night stay) You feel watched by staff/owner everytime you step out. They have no pool (it’s a hot tub) we did not try...
