Questo cottage di 1.100 piedi è la perfetta distanza a piedi da tutto ciò che Midtown ha da offrire. Brooks Museum, Overton Park, Overton Square .... Più di 20 ristoranti, bar, cinema, Ballet Memphis, 2 gruppi teatrali e musica dal vivo.
Lo spazio

Sono un appaltatore e designer locale che ha preso questo cottage del 1910 e lo ha sventrato ai borchie e lo ha reso un luogo di spettacolo del 2017 con attenzione ai dettagli. È tutto nuovo. La cucina offre una vasta gamma ed è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto memorabile. L'angolo pranzo accogliente in cucina ha quattro posti a sedere. 2 camere da letto hanno entrambe letti queen size con lenzuola e lenzuola di lusso. 3 HDTV con cavo, Netflix e WiFi forniti ai miei ospiti. Il cortile è recintato e offre un patio con comodi posti a sedere. Il mio obiettivo nella scelta delle finiture e degli arredi era quello di fornire una qualità superiore a quella di un hotel a 5 stelle, per sapere se ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo !! Se ho perso qualcosa fammelo sapere e sarà fornito.

Accesso ospite

È tutto tuo da usare (un armadio è bloccato per l'archiviazione dei proprietari). Parcheggio in strada direttamente di fronte a casa disponibile per il parcheggio. Il blocco dell'ingresso della chiave per la porta d'ingresso rende l'accesso molto più semplice.

Interazione con gli ospiti

Vivo a un miglio da casa e sono disponibile immediatamente per risolvere eventuali problemi che possono sorgere.

Il vicinato

Il quartiere è di gran lunga la più grande attrazione per tutti gli ospiti che hanno scelto il mio cottage per il loro soggiorno. Posizione, posizione, davvero posso prendere un taxi dall'aeroporto al mio cottage e raggiungere a piedi attività, ristoranti e bar per riempire un lungo weekend e non guidare mai. Per avventurarsi fuori dal quartiere, Uber non è altro che un giro di $ 10 a Downtown, Bass Pro, Beale Street e Graceland. Se si guida, è disponibile un ampio parcheggio sulla strada di fronte al cottage.

Home was as advertised, parking right in front, easy check-in. Host easy to get in touch with. Had everything we needed for oir short stay. Close to plenty of restaurant choices. Appreciated the lighting and magnifying mirror in bathroom! Only negative was the streaming svs on television-kept buffering, so couldnt really watch anything.

A friend and I liked the place very much. It’s convenient to fine restaurants, bars, and live music on Madison Avenue. In fact it’s walkable to Madison Avenue. My only challenge was getting in as the instructions confused me the first time I tried, however Ben was responsive and helpful and no problems afterwards. Our recommendation is +++++ and definitely stay there again.

Was welcomed by a messy bed, broken furniture, stained living room chairs, gum wrappers and crumbs on the table, couch looked like someone had just taken a nap on it and a drunk/homeless man sleeping on the lawn across the street. Dead bug on the ground, beer cans in the garbage and ice cubes all over the freezer. Spent 20-30 minutes in the house to make new lodging arrangements and left. Extremely disappointed.

It was obvious that this property had undergone a serious restoration project. Though the house was small it flowed very well. The place was very clean, the mattresses were absolutely wonderful! If I had any suggestions, it would be for the owner to clean up patio area and make it more inviting for his guest. It is more comfortable to be able to sit outside in privacy than on the front porch. The owner was very accessible and responded to our every need. Overall I would rate it an A-. I would definitely stay there again. Lidia P

This property was a perfect spot for a long weekend! It was quiet and cozy and a quick trip to many of the sites you would want to see. The host was communicative and available if needed. We would stay here again and I highly recommend this property.

We had a fabulous time exploring the sights, all within a few minutes of this great rental. We had everything we needed, plenty of room for three. We loved the area, so close to a great park. The house was clean, organized, decorated nicely and in good repair. We all had a stay we won't soon forget. Our host was fantastic, answered my questions immediately and was very patient with me. I thought I had booked 7 nights, but no, he was very considerate of my error, gave us time to pack up and tried to help me find another place to stay for the night. We can't wait to stay again in this cute house, to sit out and relax on the porch!

We've stayed at both cottages, this being our first time in this one. House has everything you need stocked: towels, soap, blankets, pillows, etc. Clean, comfortable, excellent weekend home. We had one issue where we didn't have hot water when we woke up in the morning, so I texted Ben and he replied immediately and then followed up with a call right away - we just needed to flip the breaker and push a button on the hot water heater. We had hot water very quickly after that, I was able to shower comfortably like 15 mins later. We will be back!

This is our third stay at Jefferson Cottage while our daughter attended Rhodes College. The safe and quiet street that’s convenient to everything, the comfortable spaces to spread out and the amenities within the cottage make me wonder why I ever book a hotel when we visit Memphis. This “home away from home” has it all! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was a great little house for our good friends to meet up with us for the weekend and enjoy Memphis. The location is great - it is very close to both Beale Street and other attractions like Graceland, Memphis Zoo, Art Museum, U. of Memphis. We felt perfectly safe in this cute neighborhood. The owner sent great directions on how to unlock the lock box. The only "negative" was we wished there were concise check out notes - like strip the beds or not, place all towels here, etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very convenient location less than 10min to just about everything. (15min from airport & Graceland) thanks Ben for supplying the cottage with travel items and laundry supplies. Kitchen is well stocked all though we were enjoying local eats it is Memphis after all. Great price for extra space and convenience over a hotel.
