The property is not clean. The room was clean however the lobby has old worn furniture, the carpet is extremely dirty throughout the property, there was no hot water in the bathroom, the room smelled of stale cigarettes. La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Wolfchase
Parking was easy. Shower had mold in it. Also, sink did not have cold water (water only came out hot, and it got very hot, very quickly). When I mentioned at check out, I didnt even get an apology or an offer of a reduced room rate. The desk clerk only said that she would mention to the manager. ...

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Memphis - Wolfchase Galleria by IHG
Everything was wonderful BUT my key card to the room didn’t work after midnight for some reason. The last in the front desk had to get the master key card.
