“The hotel was built around 1923, so the layout is from back in the day and pretty interesting. I got the Bluebonnet Room, which is just that - a single small room. No toilet or shower, which are down the hall a few steps. Maybe the suites have those, I'm not sure. The room did have a sink, but the hot water faucet was not working. “Basic property, nothing fancy. Very Clean. Felt safe. ”

“Since we were not allowed to cancel our second night at this hotel, Expedia needs to reimburse us. Grimy Floors, causing black feet, toilet running constantly, nasty bathtub with a used washcloth left behind, etc., etc. Expedia made us repost this because they didn’t like our first post, even though there was no profanity or false statements. Staff members were nice. ”

“We stopped here in the middle of a cross country move. We booked it because of the other positive reviews. The front desk staff person was sooo nice and helpful. The room was very clean and just right for a night’s sleep and dog friendly. We parked outside our door; easy in and out. If you get a chance, drive a mile down the road and hit Honey Bean Coffee and Tea. Great coffee! And the Donut Palace has amazing biscuits and gravy and other yummy treats! ”

“Adorable BNB with a couple vered wagon style bed. There are artistic touches everywhere. Communication was good and check in/check out was seamless. Would definitely stay again.”
