Goditi la spaziosa casa privata che ti offrirà una splendida vista sul lago Winnebago nel cuore della Fox Valley. L'ampio ponte a due livelli offre viste mozzafiato e oltre 600 piedi quadrati di spazio per divertirsi con i tuoi amici e familiari. C'è un ampio parcheggio in loco ed è a 10 minuti dal centro. Perfetto per una settimana EAA, gioco Packer, Rock USA, Country USA, visitare la famiglia alla Lawrence University o semplicemente una vacanza tranquilla con amici e familiari. Quasi 3000 piedi quadrati di casa di lusso. La master suite ha il proprio piano con un grande letto king size con un telaio regolabile telecomandato per il massimo del comfort. L'ampio bagno principale ha una doccia, una vasca idromassaggio, un'area di comò privata, doppi lavandini e un ampio panorama di specchi e illuminazione.

Il livello inferiore ha 3 camere da letto (queen, queen, letti full size), un bagno e una piccola camera familiare.

Il livello principale è la cucina, la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno per il tuo relax e divertimento. La cucina è dotata di coltelli di alta qualità, padelle, spezie e un sacco di piatti, bicchieri e oggetti d'argento per una grande cena, se lo si desidera.

La casa è allestita idealmente per 4 coppie di adulti con 4 letti totali (o una coppia di adulti con 3-6 bambini se stanno bene condividendo letti più grandi). C'è anche un letto estraibile nella camera familiare di livello inferiore. L'ampio sezionale nel soggiorno è estremamente confortevole e può ospitare altri due ospiti senza problemi. C'è anche un materasso ad aria queen size che probabilmente è ok per soggiorni brevi e abbastanza confortevole e per una capienza massima totale durante la notte di 14 (o 15 se qualcuno vuole anche il divano più piccolo nella terza camera da letto).

Goditi il tuo soggiorno, goditi il panorama e goditi la privacy. Non vediamo l'ora di ospitare te, la tua famiglia e / o i tuoi amici nella nostra bella casa.

Family Vacation

Experience was great for our family vacation. We here for a Packer Game and was not too far from Green Bay. We were able to accommodate everyone and the kids had their own space. Quiet neighborhood and still close to the grocery store. Great stay!

Property nice with everything you need. Lovely deck and fire pit. Did not use propane fire. Master king bed is on raised platform so unless you're tall you need stool to climb into bed. Bring your own. No problem in lower level bedrooms. We all had a good time

Great family weekend

House was perfect for our group. We were supposed to have 4 couples but had a cancellation due a COVID scare. We had ample space for our party of 6, everyone was able to get cozy on the giant couch in the living room and watch movies together. Dining table was perfect for game nights and we really enjoyed the backyard, played bags and relaxed around the gas fire pit on the deck. We could see the lake peeking through the trees, it was a 5-10 minute walk to get to a nearby boat launch and see the water. The close proximity to High Cliff State Park was a major perk. All in all, great family weekend away. Thanks!

Rehearsal Dinner Getaway

Our son got married at High Cliff Golf Course and we were looking for a house and yard that was large enough to handle the Rehearsal Dinner. The house was large enough as was the yard and deck. However the house was very dirty on the outside with lots of cobwebs all over most of the windows and there was an opening in the railing & dangerous holes in the deck that we ended up having to block off because of the young children who attended. We played games in the yard until the bugs came out and multiple bare foot people got slivers from the rough deck surface. All in all we made the house work but I would not rent it again nor recommend it to others. The owner was very apologetic and responsive when he was told that the house was dirty on arrival and offered a partial refund. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, the refrigerator and sink were full of pieces of food and the coffee maker still had used grounds in it. The towels and sheets were in the washer and dryer as well. We cleaned and folded towels etc. It was not a great experience. This house has not been taken care either inside or outside. By the deck the weeds were 6 feet all and there was ragweed everywhere. Not great. We expected mosquitos but holy cow, almost impossible to enjoy any outdoor time. The propane fire pit was nice as was the wood fire pit in the yard. Inside there were doors that did not latch (master bedroom hallway) that would have been nice to be able to close since it's right off the kitchen. Like I said, we made it work but would not recommend until things are cleaned up and perhaps a proper house inventory is completed.

Golf trip with the guys

We chose this property due to its proximity to the water, downtown Appleton, golf courses and the Wolf River. Much needed golf trip with my Father, brother, and a few friends. Honestly everything was excellent. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy and Richard was very easy to communicate with. The area itself had alot to offer. You got the feeling you were removed from the city but you still have access to everything you need. 5 stars!

Great house!

Large house house with plenty of space. Tons of beds and even couches for everyone. Our favorite part was the backyard with a huge deck and lovely fire pit. Only issue was the beach was a bit far, but it was only a short drive. Highly recommend staying here for a large group or family getaway!

Family Getaway

Our family loved our stay at this home near the water. We had plenty of room throughout the house for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. We hosted a few people on the patio Thursday night and it was absolutely perfect. The back patio has a beautiful view at night. We started the fire place on the patio and listened to the waves. The view is so beautiful we even got some wedding pictures on the patio as we used the house for my daughter to change into her wedding dress before her ceremony. This home was exactly what we needed for our weekend and we are so grateful.

Great stay

This place is a great house and ideal for a stay near Appleton and lake Winnebago, but the backyard needs major work and wasn’t really able to be used during our stay. The house was spacious clean and full of great amenities. Rick was also great to communicate with and the check in and check out process was simple and quick.
