“Overall hotel was nice, the only bad thing was the floor been sticky in the room, and got woken up at midnight by people in the room above us not sure if they check in late or they just got the room at that time but a lot of movement and dragging stuff around ”

“Despite asking for a king bed on a ground floor thru Expedia, my reservation turned into 2 queen beds on the third floor. As an older person who has mobility issues I was upset, especially as I learned the first floor rooms were all booked. Seeing my reaction, the front desk attendant went above and beyond to arrange for my desired room. All I had to do was wait in the lounge for 20 minutes while housekeeping got involved. Great room, even greater helpful staff.”
