“We stayed for one night… Excellent location right off I 90… Even though we had a room next to the elevator our room was very quiet. Would recommend to other travelers passing through…”

“The breakfast and staff are great. However, my room was not cleaned, nor the garbage disposed of or my bed made when I was personally assured it would be by the staff. This incident was highly unfortunate. ”

“We were traveling while on the road and hotel options were limited. We were missing items in our room which I get happens. The hardest part for us was the weekend breakfast hours don’t start until 7am which just felt late and the breakfast wasn’t great. They also have no high chairs or water fountains.”

“The staff was very quick and supportive. Really quick service. The room itself was horrible. The a/c didnt work. The sheets for the bed had stains and hair on it. There was hardly any toilet paper on the roll. Overall sketchy as hell and had to sleep on too the sheets on my own bedding. Hire better cleaning staff or pay them more. It’s fine for a quick fix but i wont be jumping to come back. The back truck parking was nice though.”

“It's well located near the Thruway and shopping, and reasonably priced for the amenities. The Wi-Fi login was excessively complicated.”

“Have stayed at the two windows hotels in the area I half dozen times over the past two years. This past experience was awful girl at the front desk was argumentative to the point where she canceled four day reservations so I went to the other Wyndham just down the street to find out she had made it impossible for me to say at Indie Wyndham property unbelievable anger shown by this woman”

“Carpet had crumbs all over no maid service during 2 day stay tv not working good keys were a problem towels felt like sandpaper and smelled like bleach would be ashamed to call this a holiday more like motel 6 do not stay ger”

“Not impressed with reception when we arrived. We checked in on-line before arrival, which did not save us any time at all in getting our room key. No friendly welcome by staff. Given an accessible room for some reason. It was not requested nor was it required. No closet, no mirror in room, only in the bathroom. Traffic noise and guests stomping around in room above ours made for very little sleep. Easy off and on to highway, so very convenient for overnight stop on road trip. Close to numerous...

“We stayed 8 days. The staff begins to recognize you. Friendly at front desk when coming or going. We enjoyed the breakfast each day. Only dislike was the softness of the pillows. I guess there is no place like home, but Home 2 Suites is second!”

“I think you need to be careful with a couple of things. 1 Pricing. Need to ensure that you're getting the idea cause sometimes price fluctuates and you could be paying a lot more. 2 Cleanliness is something that can improve in the hotel. We noticed the first one we were given, had a bad odour and then we had to switch to another room. Overall room service is average nothing extraordinary, but, just things to be mindful of.”
