“My dissatisfaction with the accommodations were not expressed to management until I was checking out on the final day. That is because I did not have time to deal with the issues while I was there.......VACATION. Here is a short list of the problems that I encountered during my stay: cockroaches in the bathroom and bathtub; in-room phone didn't work so I could call the front desk; missing electrical faceplate in bathroom; the three lamp shades in the room were broken and dangling; refrigerator...

Not only friendly but trustworthy & honest - my husband left his necklace in the room and didn’t realize it until we were a few hours away, we called and the housekeeper had found it and turned it in to the front desk!
