Lower Level (Basement):

• Laundry room with washer & dryer
• Access to yard, hot tub, and lakefront

Please note: The upper-level storage room, locked owner closets, fireplace, and the garage are not accessible to guests. (There is ample driveway parking available during your stay.)

No Parties
Parties and events are not permitted. Please help us keep the home peaceful and respectful for everyone.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.

Security
For your safety and ours, we have three outdoor security cameras:
• A Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance
• A Ring Stick Up camera on the shed.
• A motion-activated floodlight camera at the back of the house

All of the cameras record video and audio when motion is detected.
There are no indoor cameras on the property.
