Villa La Savaux enjoys a picturesque setting in a residential area on the edge of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, less than 1km from its characterful village centre. You can easily reach the nearby main road to fully explore the region whilst you are also close to the eastern lake shores and the protected Réserve Naturelle du Roc de Chère. The lake's shore and the village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard are within easy walking distance.
The village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard (700m) is a lakeside treasure that blends timeless Savoyard charm with invigorating alpine adventure. The village centre brims with authenticity: stone houses with colourful shutters, boulangeries and inviting cafés where you can sip espresso while soaking up French village life. Meander through little shops or savour a local tarte aux myrtilles on a shaded terrace.


By the lakeside, the majestic Le Palace de Menthon (1km) graces the shoreline with its Belle Époque elegance. Its manicured lakeside promenade is a dreamlike setting for leisurely strolls, especially as the sun casts golden hues over the water. From the port nearby, summer boat trips depart regularly, offering a picturesque and peaceful way to explore the lake, whether you're headed to a waterside lunch or simply cruising under blue skies.


On warmer days, the Plage de Menthon Saint Bernard beckons with its family-friendly shoreline and inviting waters (entry fee applies and facilities are seasonal). Lakeside beach facilities and watersports are also seasonal and summer beach entry fees often apply. This can vary per village/town. Please contact us if further information is needed.
