**OUR POLICIES**



You will receive an email to e-sign a vacation rental agreement and upload your photo ID before the reservation is complete.

This retreat property is dog-friendly (small to medium dogs only). If you wish to bring a dog, a pet fee of $69 applies per dog (2 dogs max).

This retreat property does NOT allow smoking anywhere on the property.

Exterior security cameras are located at this property at entrances.

There is a $500 security deposit HOLD required for this retreat property.

Guests will receive text and email communication from the management company prior, during and after each retreat.



**GIVE-BACK**



The management company gives back 10% of all revenue commission collected from reservations at this cabin to the preservation of St. Joseph's Sacred Garden and Labyrinth. This tranquil oasis is a welcome and gift to all and is used by members, non-member residents and town visitors alike. The garden is a peaceful place for reflection, meditation and prayer, so definitely check it out if you have an opportunity.
