The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. “The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely welcoming and courteous, with the evening receptionist even getting me a double room when I wasn’t able to pick that room online. Comfortable room and decent shower. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were constantly cleaning and clearing tables. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay for the night-thank you!”

“Excellently managed room, secondary glazing so absolutely no noises from the road. Slept very well, but i do think a kingsize bed would fit in the room. It could be a slight squeeze, in the main, very comfortable. Shower room absolutely spotless. Breakfast was super. Nicely cooked full english as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc.., not too much on the plate but enough for a full day ahead. Good selection of teas.. “The hotel was lovely! The staff were nice and accommodating. The bed was fantastic. The only thing that annoyed me was having to pay £20 parking when there were plenty of spaces out the back. I was one of three cars parked all night and the car park itself could hold about 20 cars. Other than that.. cracking hotel! ”
