Hotel vicino a Mercato All'ingrosso di Cat Ba - Cát Hải

“Cat Ba View Hotel may not be the most modern or luxurious hotel, and it doesn't offer amenities like a pool or gym, but what it lacks in facilities, it more than makes up for in hospitality. This is a small, family-run hotel, and Nam, the owner, along with his family, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their genuine kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality made our stay memorable. It's the kind of personal attention and care that you rarely find at larger hotels. If...

“Ottima posizione. Staff sempre disponibile e gentile.

“Lovely staff, amazing view, large rooms, scooters for hire, close to port.”

“Nice overall, some mold on curtains”

“The hotel staff were very helpful. They upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a typhoon, but the staff were very caring and helpful, making sure we had transportation arranged to get off of the island. Convenient location close to many restaurants.”

“Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country e.g there was no juice and one fruit served. It was quite quiet so maybe that’s the reason.”

“Great location, view of the bay, lovely homestyle breakfast, very helpful staff, room spotless.”

“Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished.”

“Staff and facilities are excellent. Trang organised all our trips and transfers faultlessly.”

“Friendly lady to greet you, private clean rooms with a/c…. 10/10 stay”

“Goed zwembad, voldoende ontbijt.

“We had a fantastic stay at Spring Garden Hotel in Cát Bà. The hotel was lovely, but what really made our stay special was the incredible level of care and personal attention from the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Emma, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She helped us organise trips, arrange taxis and transport, and gave us lots of useful local information and advice. One example really...

“I have been traveling around the world and this hotel is one of the most terrible hotels I ever stayed. Don't believe the description as most is incorrect. It is Noisy. Dirty, and no towels. People were screaming for hours and the hotel staff didn't do anything about it. Of course no breakfast as the description states.”
