“L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione, non distante dal centro città. La camera era spaziosa, il bagno con una doccia spettacolare. Buona la prima colazione”

“Friendly staff good location felt like home away from home.”

“Balcony great. Bathroom needs cleaning and update.”

“Our room was unbearably hot. Imposible to sleep. Front desk’s response was that the city was unusually warm. Restaurant was very uneven, could be rated a 1 or a 5 depending on the day or meal.”

“Sencilla y bien ubicada”

“Casa Firenza wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the park and cathedral. From early check-in to convenient laundry services and impeccable daily housekeeping, everything exceeded our expectations. But what truly sets...

“breve, solo 1 notte”

“Todo bien. Buena ubicación.”

“It was the worst night of my life There was a lot of noise during the whole night I was not able to get any sleep I was about to leave the hotel at 3am but they were not willing to give me my money back so I stayed that night The worst part was that when I complained multiple times about the situation they did not do anything about it”
