“The AC barely work and it was always hot. When I mentioned my Expedia gold reward for a room upgrade, they didn’t know what I was talking about. On my last day, they was trying to rush me out my room for someone else. They also charged you for everything.”

“The welcome staff, cooking, transport, security were top notch. There was a glitch with the water, and a windy rainstorm cause an electric outage. The water took a couple of hours, but the staff figured it out. This is a friendly sort of down-home place to stay. The room was clean. ”

The internet was also poor. This facility should be rated at 1 star as it lacks major services and has limited choice of breakfast. “I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay.
