“Very disappointing experience. The elevator was not working properly, and the person who appeared to be the manager admitted it had been out of service for over a month. Only one elevator was functioning for a large number of guests, which caused long delays.
The photos online do not match the actual condition of the property at all. At check-in, I had to wait over an hour because their system was not working.
On top of that, the key cards were an issue—only one worked, and this was not just my...

“Our first impression was poor because the young lady that checked us in was confused about our reservation and scrolling on her phone the whole time. Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted.
The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out.”

“Nice place. Well put together and overall, friendly staff. Pleasant, cozy, clean room but could hear some outside sounds. Carpet a little stained, otherwise excellent. Included breakfast was basic.
