“The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful.”

“We ended up leaving after being there for 15 minutes. The room was filthy, tiny and smelled of mold with noticeable attempted mold clean up around the air conditioner.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! “Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable.”

“Stay was comfortable, only complaint is that housekeeping wouldn’t come to clean until later in day. One day I we were out from 9am-4:30pm and housekeeping had just gotten to the room. Another day was a similar experience where we were gone from 10am-2pm and no housekeeping. Also had to request bedding change”
