Upon arrival we ran into a small setback with an extra lock on the door keeping us from getting in but Heena responded quickly and walked us through how to get it unlocked. The downstairs suite of two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, a full bathroom and a living room was prefect for the family-within-the family.
