Hotel vicino a Mercy Hospital - Iowa City

“This hotel is right across from Kinnick Stadium and a three minute drive to University of Iowa hospitals and clinics very conveniently located well priced very clean and nice, knowledgeable and friendly staff would definitely stay again! My husband and I stayed because I had a surgery and they had an available wheelchair for afterwards so I could get back up to our room. Staff was very accommodating.”

“What we did not like room 1016 and room 1017 there was either an air compressor running or something that was making noise 24 hours a day just don’t get the room 1016 or 1017 you will not sleep!!!”

“We were greeted by a large private security guard who stared us down and blocked our entrance to the front desk to check in! Not the experience we were expecting. It felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I felt like if I would have said anything the guard would have stopped me and made me leave. “I loved everything about the property. Everything was well-maintained, clean both in the lobby and the rooms, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. Next time I return, I will stay at the same Element Iowa hotel. 100% recommended.”

“I would like to acknowledge the exceptional customer service provided by Gary at the front desk. He went out of his way to help my sister and I with printing boarding passes for our flight. He stayed past his shift to help us. He was also cheerful and professional.”
