“Room was clean. Air conditioner worked well and quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast lady was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Water could have been hotter. They did have someone come up to look at it but then we never heard back what they did….still couldn’t get it hot enough per what we’re used to. Toilet seat was loose. Front desk people weren’t overly friendly.”

“The rooms themselves need better cleaning. The carpet, windows & drapes were dirty. Casinos always smell of smoke even though non smoking. It was just okay. We were trying to stay out of a storm with potential hail, garage parking there.”

“When we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by a bottle of urine in the space next to us. As we walked into the lobby it looked as though they were in the middle of a remodel that started a decade ago and got left like that. We were assigned a room, and we hoped against all hope that the room was at least clean. As we opened the door, we were quickly shown that all hope was lost.
