“This was such a great little hotel. It was out of the way, but right in town at the same time. The lobby and dining area (only open for the complimentary breakfast) reminded me of an old English manor. The breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, home potatoes, and crisp bacon, along with the other regular continental items. We walked out the back door from the second floor right onto a super cute Main Street. This place was just a great little treasure. We loved it!”

“The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.”

“The bathroom counter space was very limited but overall the room, amenities, and the convenience of walking to the Baseball Hall of Fame were fine for us. The view over the lake was peaceful and relaxing too.”

“Shannon was very welcoming from day one and attentive to all of our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with an air fryer/oven, skillet, microwave, coffee pot, and keurig. We enjoyed getting away from NYC for the weekend and seeing the leaves change. We’ll definitely be back should we need another getaway!”
