As my former profession in the hospitality industry I am mindful of the challenges in providing a service that exceeds customer expectations. In our 4 day stay at the property the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
From the greeting received on arrival by “Hector” to the fabulous services provided by Alberto, Juan, Cindy (food and beverage) & all other staff interactions with Ivan , Enrique and many more the professionalism and attention to detail was very much appreciated.
The food and beverages were first class and kudos to the chef & kitchen staff 👏. Your food preparation and presentation were excellent.
It was a pleasure to meet the boutique hotel owner Raul Caseras who checked with us daily to ensure our stay was of an excellent standard.
After having travelled extensively in North America and Europe it was a true pleasure to experience the 1st class service that we received.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property and encourage visitors to truly enjoy a 1st class property with 1st class service.
