“Once we found the house it was very warm & cozy. The mini- muffins on the counter was a bonus. House mailbox was 87 but address was 89 that you only see if door is closed which it wasn't on 1st 2 passes. Limited exterior lights made coming back at night a challenge. ”

“I had issues with getting codes, which I managed, but NO COMMUNICATION!! there was no direct help number that would have quickly resolved stressful situation For that a poor rating - otherwise good room and location it would greatly help to have a live contact also I planned one day to walk around New have, but you wouldn't let me leave my bag!! I can see not checking in but for the cost of the night the curtesy to leave a small carry on in a closet is not too much to expect”
