“The late-night person who checked us in was rude and took a while to check us in (after we called on our way to let them know we would be late). The room was very damp and smelled horrible when we entered. The towels, sheets, and comforter were stained. The Wi-fi didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived. Good location. Daytime and early evening staff were nice and helpful.”

“The room was very clean and beds were comfy! The breakfast was delicious! The pool was closed when we arrived and when it opened back up the next evening it was green and murky. I’d look elsewhere if you’re depending on a pool for kiddos. Other than that, we had a great stay!”

“rooms were ok.
staff was courteous and nice.
courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it.
swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water.
Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests.”

“The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had an issue with a leaking air conditioner when we first arrived and after speaking to the gentleman at the front desk he apologized and quickly switched our room. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels and amenities.”
