“The booking process was a bit complicated. Sending a pic of my drivers license and a selfie! Really? The process was too much!! Room was just what I expected. It was comfortable. Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER”

“Not sure why we were charged an extra $50 upon check in.
There was no carts for unloading and the front desk made no action to find one. She continued to play on phone.
The tile in the shower was cracked. Maintenance did at some point try to fill it but did do with gray caulk instead of white. It makes it appear dirty.
Breakfast was amazing!”
