“Nice room comfortable bed! Upstairs guests were noisy at 3 am but was able to get back to sleep. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast this whole trip!”

“The noise from the neighbor industrial park starts at 7:00 AM every morning. They need to improve their sound proofing.”

“The stay was great. The place was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed after 13 hour drive.”

“Overall it was just okay. The room itself has everything we needed but we had some issues. The A/C unit was loud and the fridge was making a high pitched sound. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet. The indoor pool was probably the most disappointing thing. The water was really cold and cloudy. The breakfast was decent and the staff were attentive and there was no issues getting what we needed. A solid 3 star stay.”

“There was a sanitary longer for women's swim wear stuck to the wall in the room. Grimy feel to the floor. Bathroom didn't even include shampoo. Bathroom floor rug was not clean. Sink had not been cleaned, still had soap grime. Parking lot does not have enough spots for the number of rooms in the hotel. Had to park at the home depot across the way. Air conditioning unit made a terrible racket. Hotel was clearly understaffed.”

“The room was very clean But It had a smell from people cooking . It kinda stunk.”

“My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“It’s a decent place except for what sounds like a race track all night long from the cars on the main road. ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!!”

“Maybe plan another trip closer to Canadian border Towns next year.”

“There were stains around the bathroom sink, on the sheets, and on the pillows. There was dust and trash swept underneath the bed. The towels weren’t fresh. The water pressure was abysmal. The neighbors aren’t considerate of noise through the entire night and staff didn’t do much to help. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Go book at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson instead.”

“When we checked in one of the beds were dirty. We called the front desk and she moved us. The rest of the stay was good. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was decent.”

“Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, person working front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Only downside was pool closing at 10 for an hour for maintenance. We (along with lots of other families) were still enjoying the pool at that time. 11 would have a been a lot better. We specially chose that hotel for the pool and then only got to enjoy it for 30 min.”

“Our room was large, clean, excellent kitchenette space. Close to a full-size refrigerator. Great bed and pillows. Power operated blinds. The entire hotel was wonderful!!! Right off the freeway so easy to get to.”
