“Other than an errant alarm clock that we could not figure out for the life of us, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Meridian, Idaho was superb in every way. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the ease of getting to and from the hotel was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel on your travels to the Boise region, and it turned out that Meridian was quite central to the overall area as well.”

“What a great place to say. The trees and landscaping are beautiful and so welcoming. The Seth was friendly and so accommodating. We have family that needed to change clothes in our room and there was plenty of space and room for everyone to sit down. We come to Boise to see Family and this will be where we stay from now on. ”

“cable TV didn't work properly, 1st night had to disconnect DISH input then reconnect & reboot to get proper reception. 2nd nite all that was available was pay per view netflix & some gay sitcom with canned laughter on FOX. We like to view local news, weather etc. We'll try somewhere else next trip.”

“Stayed for 4 day and 3 nights. No room service offered. Had to track down cleaning staff for new towels and toiletries.”

“When we arrived (6pm) the property told us they cancelled our reservation because we didn’t checkin at 3pm and their policy is they have to have a one night deposit to reserve the room past 3pm if the are 85% full. Even though through Expedia, my reservation was pay when we checkin. Luckily they still had vacancy, unfortunately for us we should have just cut our losses and went somewhere else. There is a reason that they are so much cheaper than everywhere else. The rooms were gross, the floors...

“There was no hair dryer in the room. We asked to borrow one, they didn't have one available. Bath tub was dirty at the bottom.”

“My suite had a dishwasher, so it had glass/ceramic/stainless dishes/utensils. There were great motion sensor nightlights in the suite. Very good blackout curtains. Great parking. Great variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Comfortable variety of breakfast seating.”
