“Had a two night stay. When we left during the day, housekeeping came by. Noticed my dress was missing. Tried calling the front desk and was told they would call me regarding it. Still have not received a phone call. Found a dead cockroach as well. The sheets had stains on it. Horrible parking, no space and had to park in the mud”

“The front desk staff was very helpful and they make your stay worthwhile especially during typhoon Bavi. Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. Keep up the great work, hospitality, and customer service. THANK YOU ALL !!❤️💯💯💯”
