Hotel a Merizo

“It’s a dump. Smells like mold and mildew. My no smoking room smelled of cigarettes. 3 of us had different rooms, furniture in all of them had water damage. Unfortunately there were not a whole lot of choices in Guam after typhoon Bavi and I knew it was not going to be good being a Best Western. But this one was probably one of the worst.”

“The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.”

“Had a two night stay. When we left during the day, housekeeping came by. Noticed my dress was missing. Tried calling the front desk and was told they would call me regarding it. Still have not received a phone call. Found a dead cockroach as well. The sheets had stains on it. Horrible parking, no space and had to park in the mud”

“It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at.”

“투몬비치와의 시내와의 접근성이 좋고, 바다와 닿아있는 수영장이 매력적입니다. 리조트 내부는 매우 청결하고 직원들도 너무 친절하게 대해주셔서 좋았습니다. 다만 객실의 욕실이 조금 낡은 느낌이 있으나 크개 불편할 정도는 아니었습니다.”

“I have 2 sides The check- in process was much too long. There were four customers ahead of me, two were already being helped. It took 43 minutes until it was my turn. There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive. Every time the phone rang, they stopped helping customers to answer the long calls. During the typhoon, housekeeping was just excellent, kind and very positive. They helped dry the room...

“Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really”

“The front desk staff was very helpful and they make your stay worthwhile especially during typhoon Bavi. Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. “Le camere sono ampie e fornite di tutti i comfort (esclusa la possibilità di accedere al ristorante, che non è in funzione). Sia che lo scopo del viaggio sia la spiaggia che lo shopping, l'hotel è in ottima posizione. Vicino al centro di Tumon, ma senza sentirne i rumori. Una salita, non del tutto adatta a chi avesse problemi di mobilità, porta all'albergo dalla strada principale e dall'accesso alla spiaggia.”

“台風の被害で自宅の停電が続いたため飛び石で2泊利用しました（中一日は別のホテル泊） エアコンは効きすぎるほど、シャワー等の水圧も良く、お湯モールしっかり出ました Wi-Fiもしっかり繋がり、快適にしごせました 朝食は直近のABCストアを利用 ローカルの家族が多く泊まっていて多少賑やかでしたが、気になって眠れないほどではありませんでした 建物も設備も古いので全てに満足したわけではないのですが、このような非常時に泊まるなら充分なホテルです ツーリストにこのレビューは役に立ちそうもないと思います”

“I like the property nice and clean but did not expect there was no bottle of water as a complimentary. Maybe it is not . But it’s ok I brought my own bottle of water.”

“The room wasn't the cleanest, as evident by the dirt in the bedsheets upon arrival. The room is very dirt and the lights were flickering. The walls started sweating and ruined our appliances.”

“フロントの対応は良かったが、ロビーや廊下などホテル内全体の温度が暑すぎた。 ベッドメイク後のタオルの補充が足りずフロントに申し出したが、部屋に届けてくれるのも遅かった。 全体のガラスが汚すぎて、外の写真も撮れなかった。 部屋内湿気が多いようなカビ臭さを感じたので消臭剤や柔らかな芳香剤があると良い。”
