Everything you could need was available and a lovely view of the hills. Spacious, lots of info about the area, convenient to the town (and the hospital with free ER care!)

Clean place with lovely home made snacks on arrival. We didnt meet due to Covid but the instructions were clear. So we had no issue. The door was hard to open first time, just need to press the buttons slowly and firmly as James mentioned in the email. Nice big TV in the room.

Well worth a sray
Lovely little apartments very comfy bed didnt want to get up it was so comfortable.Little kitchen with microwave and an induction hob small fridge freezer,it felt like home from home. Value for money and I would definitely stay again.

Its windy on top of the hill
The property was easy to get into and all info was emailed to me before my arrival so there was no need to speak to anybody. All facilities were found to be clean and all windows were left open so the room was fully aired. There was a nice personal touch with the the chocolates and welsh cakes and refreshing to see proper milk in the fridge for a cuppa.

The property is very well located, and just a few minutes drive from many of the main attractions like Pen y Fan and other nice towns like Crickhowell. The size of the studio is perfect for 2 people and is very well equipped however instructions on how to use some of the appliances, heating and the electric shower would have been helpful. It was also very clean however there was a bit of humidity smell coming from the bathroom (which can easily be fixed by cleaning the shower hose) and on the corridor when entering the property. Lastly, the communication about check-in/check-out is all automated and via email which is great and safe during coronavirus times.

Had an amazing stay in this modern property. The studio flat has everything you need and is close to the Brecon Beacons, food shops and takeaways so really convenient for everything. Would definitely recommend it.

Great place! Plenty of room and great kitchen! Easy self check in and loved the welsh cakes in the room. Easy to get to and back from Bike Park Wales! Will definitely come back.

The flat was clean and warm and the Welsh Cakes were a nice touch. The area is a bit quite but there is a nice Bangladeshi restaurant opposite and you’re not far from the Brecons or nearby Abbergavenny

An absolute blinder of a place.
I don't do 5* reviews but after staying in Idris at Jame's place I just had to. The room is clean and tidy but its not just a room. My visit had a small kitchenette and en suite bathroom all of which was super clean and well looked after. Before coming here I used to check the chain hotels first for availability, now Jame's place is the first choice for me whilst I'm working away. There is on site parking, well close parking around the back which is a bonus, curtains keep the night light out and it soon get's lovely and toasty in the room. I'd say it's a home away from home but I dont have the design styles of this lovely room / mini apartment. At the risk of making it harder for me to get a booking, really do consider this as it's a gem

Excellent room.
We're originally from Merthyr but hadn't stayed at Jamie's previously, always preferring hotels or friends. We were very impressed with room 4 and the kitchen facilities were a bonus, as was the milk and chocolates! Booking was easy as was entry to the property, we'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Nice weekend in Wales
Lovely stay in Wales! The apartment is a good size, nice kitchen with utensils to cook own meals, good bathroom with big shower. Apartment is just outside national park which was perfect for us as we enjoyed taking in the views whilst driving to Brecon town about 25mins away and to pen y fann about 20 mins. Apartment is in quiet location but next to takeaway (kebabs and pizza) which was good also on outskirts of meryth tidvil with bowling, cinema and restaurants! Good location and nice relaxing break! Thank you :)
