“The guest house was tastefully decorated and had comfortable furnishings. AC kept me cool, there's good lighting throughout, and everything worked. I wish the driveway was about two feet wider, but that is an impossible wish. I enjoyed my stay.”

“Nice little place to stay!”

“Tom was a great host. He invited my sons to play with his daughters and some neighborhood kids in his backyard. The house is really close to a lot of things to do and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Very cozy and nice place”

“Amazing stay! Host communication was excellent!”

“I love staying here. I’m able to have my family over that I go to visit with no problems it’s what’s important for us. We always enjoy the pool”

“Good use of space for 4 adults, 5 kids and a dog. Two bedrooms are hidden beyond the laundry room and each room has a window ac unit. It was quite warm when we arrived but it eventually cooled down to a good temperature throughout. It's in an older neighborhood but quiet area. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was extra comfortable, I slept so well! It is also well equipped with towels and toiletries, laundry detergents, extra sheets. It also has an entire closet of cleaning...

“Brian was great to work with and was very accommodating with any requests!”

“Great place to stay and had plenty of room for our whole family.”

“Enjoyed our stay for the 4 weeks! Great communication. When back in AZ, will try to book this place again if available, thank you!!”

“Beautiful property. Very comfortable accommodations. I can't say enough good things about this whole experience. James stayed in communication with us the entire time and gave quick responses to any questions we had. We will definitely be returning.”
