However, as a renter you will not be dealing with a host, you are dealing with a rental company and they are closed on the weekends so we could not get any communication at all, even calling the after hours number. So we had a spa that could not be used because in order to access the heat you needed to use a provided iPad. This iPad could only be used with a password that was not provided to us by the rental...
