Hotel a Mesquite Creek

“Staff gave me a hard time about a slight difference in my name when I checked in. Even though I provided several forms of ID with both real names and nick names. Was rude and did not want to work with me since I booked through Expedia. First times that’s ever happened to me in 60 years on this earth.”

“Casino area was nice but rooms were rundown and asked for nonsmoking and was placed in a smoking room that stunk like smoke all weekend”

“Staff was great and helpful! Room not up to par. Hot running water in first room, no warm or cold. Had to move once settled in from 23rd fl to 15th fl. Was late night. Had a tournament at 8am next day. Won't be staying there again.”

“Floor was so disgusting. My feet was black from walking around with no shoes. Floor had not been swept or mopped, I swear in months. The corner behind the bathroom door was so bad I would not recommend this place at all. Should have ask for my money back ”

“La propiedad es totalmente descuidada la habitación no fue lo que había reservado , estaba en un estado deplorable el piso craqueado el baño no había toallas supuestamente tenía una bonita vista al rio ya solo se veía una área descuidada nada que ver con las fotografías que enseña expedía en conclusión al final decidimos no quedarnos ahí por qué el lugar era totalmente desagradable.y por supuesto se negaron a devolver lo que se había pagado , así que para nada recomiendo ese lugar.”
