    ***Please note, hot tub and pool share a heater and only one can be heated at a time.***

    Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per night
    Payment is required in advance to activate pool heat
    Pools typically take approximately 6 hours to reach temperature
    Same-day or late-night requests cannot be guaranteed, especially overnight
    The pool will be set to heat only for the dates requested at the time of booking
    Maximum pool temperature is 85°F – please only request heat if this meets your comfort level
    No refunds will be issued for unused pool heat (including partial stays or changes in usage)
    Guests may not adjust pool heat settings or activate heating independently
    Unauthorized use or tampering with pool equipment may result in:
    Additional propane charges and a $500 fine


    For stays 28+ days: cleaning fee = 1.5x standard rate

When you stay here, make sure you understand how to use the hot tub and get the code for the iPad. Bring your own golf clubs and balls to use the putting green on the side.We loved the pool and are glad we paid the fee to heat it! We loved the BBQ, the fire pit, and the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The home was cozy and perfect! However, the communication was not.

I would give this house 5 stars, because it was beyond accommodating for our pups. However, as a renter you will not be dealing with a host, you are dealing with a rental company and they are closed on the weekends so we could not get any communication at all, even calling the after hours number. So we had a spa that could not be used because in order to access the heat you needed to use a provided iPad. This iPad could only be used with a password that was not provided to us by the rental company. I also had to call an hour before arrival to get check in codes. There is almost zero information in welcome email, or in booklet in home. In short, house was fully equipped with all you would need, plus some. It was ideal for pups, fully fenced backyard. House was clean, felt comfortable. Really nice neighborhood, great for walks. Location was ideal, not far from town center, shopping, casinos and grocery stores. If you book think of all and any questions prior to Friday at 4pm, or you will be on your own trying to figure things out.
