“The room was very neat and clean. The ammenities all worked well, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The pricing was very reasonable and there was plenty of parking on site. I would happily recommend this place.”

“We enjoyed our stay overall—the location is incredible and the views are stunning. The top floor is beautiful, though it could use some maintenance.The deck has amazing views but needs major repairs. The outdoor recliners are quite old, and the umbrella was broken. Downstairs is spacious, but the bedding wasn’t very comfortable, and having to bring our own linen at this price was unexpected.There is direct access to the lake, but the path is extremely steep—only very fit people would manage the...

“The Abbey is the only available motel/cottage accommodation on Raymond Island. It is inn a unique location amongst pleasant bush environment and close to the Koala habitat. There is no food or eating places on the island but the ferry service to and from Paynesville which excellent restaurants and cafes and IGa.
