The Space:

This 280 sqm | 3,015 sq ft first-floor apartment (one level up from the street) offers an ultra-mod, spacious, and comfortable stay. It features 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 4 full bathrooms!

There is a private terrace where you can have a morning coffee and soak up some sun and fresh air. When you don’t feel like going out to eat, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and everything you’d need to prepare your favorite meals. In it, you will find a Maïm water filter for hot or cold purified water any time you need it.

The apartment is super comfortable, spacious, and airy, with a temperate climate and ample living and relaxing spaces. The dining table can also be converted into a ping-pong table for indoor playtime! For added convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit if needed.

The neighborhood is rich in culture, with landmarks like Chapultepec Park just 1.5 km away, offering the castle, museums, and scenic walking paths. Its central location makes it easy to explore all of Mexico City, providing the perfect balance for both tourists and business travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and local charm.

Getting Around:
The property is 18.3 km (11.7 miles) from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

We offer transportation for an extra fee if you're not driving, just contact us in advance to arrange it. You can use authorized taxis in the airport or hire private car services or rideshares like Uber and DiDi in the city. Always agree on the fare before starting the journey and carry local currency (Mexican Pesos) for payment.

The apartment has one parking spot available to you. The valet/doorman will take your car and park it.

This property is not pet-friendly, but exceptions may be approved upon request with a fee and deposit refundable upon check-out.

Please note check out is 10 am. Late check-out with an additional charge can only be confirmed the night before the departure. Extending beyond this time without any advance notice will result in a penalty fee.

- One of the bedrooms is a slightly smaller service room with a full bathroom.
- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. All access instructions for the property will be provided on the check-in date, following the completion of the rental agreement online.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- The gas alarms are very sensitive. Remember to close the stove and keep a window slightly open.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! You may use the terrace and a proper ashtray, but smoke outdoors only! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Smoking marijuana is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 500 USD fine.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 8 PM. Please respect the neighbors.
- Please do not attempt to open the owner’s closet. It is to remain locked for the duration of your stay.
- We offer a starter kit with coffee, tea bags, sugar, toilet paper and more. Please note that these are not replenished when they run out.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To ensure availability, please request baby amenities at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Moving the furniture is prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.
- Please be mindful of water consumption as there is a critical water shortage in Mexico City. The property is equipped with a boiler. To ensure hot water availability for all guests, we kindly request that showers be taken in a staggered manner rather than simultaneously.

Interaction with Guests:
When you arrive, the doorman will let you into the building. The property is accessed using a door code. Any codes and access information will be sent to you before your arrival.

Excellent stay in Polanco

We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children and the Apartment was spacious and comfortable. There was a Walmart Express across the street and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful restaurants and high end shops were amazing. sgroceries were not a problem. comfortable
