An authentic apartment with a great location. Located on Douglas rd in coral gables, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami.

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, paid washer&dryer, linen, towels, and a courtesy shampoo and toilet paper for your first-day stay. (we do not do replacements during stay).

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces. Sofa bed in living room + queen bed in the bedroom.
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

We will grant you all the check-in instructions through messages, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging.

If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided with an extra charge.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided with extra cost.
