Questa è un'ottima posizione, puoi raggiungere a piedi ristoranti, negozi, discoteche e naturalmente la spiaggia !!
Siamo al 530 Ocean Dr., con niente tra te e l'oceano. Abbiamo una gestione in loco, un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi un po 'di divertimento e sole

Questo condominio luminoso e arioso ha una TV a schermo piatto, un letto king size e un NUOVO divano letto e una NUOVA TV a schermo piatto con una deliziosa cucina e mangiare nel bancone - che si affaccia su Collins - il lato tranquillo dell'edificio. .- può ospitare fino a 3 eventualmente 4.

Abbiamo lavatrice / asciugatrice a gettoni su ogni piano. Le decorazioni o gli arredi possono cambiare o essere aggiornati

Questo monolocale può ospitare fino a 4 persone ma lo spazio è limitato: consigliamo un massimo di 3 adulti o 2 adulti e 2 bambini.

Helena, la responsabile in loco è disponibile per tutte le domande o se hai bisogno di qualcosa e ha dei consigli fantastici. Lummus Park Beach è proprio lì-Siamo abbastanza vicini a Pink, Nikki Beach, freddys grassi, umidi bagnati e molti ottimi ristoranti.

South Beach Local è il modo più economico e più panoramico per viaggiare a South Beach. Le navette ventilano intorno a South Beach ogni 10-15 minuti, fermandosi a numerose fermate di autobus. La navetta è climatizzata e la tariffa è di soli 25 centesimi. Gli orari di apertura sono i seguenti: dal lunedì al sabato (7:45 - 01:00) domenica e festivi (10: 00-01: 00)

The room was not cleaned properly (there was dirt on the floor, a blood stain on a pillow case.) There was food left from previous guests and even worse, there was lipstick on a glass in the kitchen. The property is old and definitely not up to modern standards. It says “sleeps 4” but there is no way that is the case. We could just barely sleep 3 and the guy sleeping on the couch was in pain each morning because of the quality of the couch.

Perfect location on Ocean Drive, stone's throw from the beach, endless dining options etc. Nice lobby, studio apartment very clean except windows overlooking 6th street require regular cleaning. Very comfortable bed, furniture and kitchen very functional, nice decor throughout. I would recommend upgrading to Keurig coffeemaker. 6th street a little noisy in the evenings, may require local noise ordinance to be enforced. Spent 7 nights, the only inconvenience is having to navigate between the front restaurant tables to enter the building. Overall very nice stay, will consider renting there again.

Not what I thought.

First of all check in was a hassle, because of parking situations. The entrance to the hotel was not noticeable from the street. Parking as I mentioned was a nightmare and cost an arm and two legs. The room was okay, but needed to be updated and upgraded. The room was fairly clean, but shower head/curtain could use some cleaning. The shower pull knob did not work, stuck in the up position and tub had permanent stains in it. The location was great though. I would recommend it for a one nighter only. Not much contact with management or staff support.

We enjoyed the stay. The host was nice. Helena help with an issue we had when we first got there. Problem solved. Great great location. It felt a little awkward at first going in and out by the restaurant but I got used to it. Good shower clean lobby area. I would stay again

Perfect location

Located right across the street from the beach. We bought a beach chair and left it for other guests to use. It's very walkable to tons of restaurants/bars. We walked down to Lincoln Rd Mall to the north and the pier to the South. The bed, bedding and pillows are super comfortable. Just steps away from muscle beach if you wanna work out in the sand. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great location, perfect for what we needed

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place near the beach with a stove to make our own meals. This place had just that and we were happy with our stay. I'm so glad we chose a spot so close to the beach!

Beach Weekend

I was really exited about this place since it was so close to the beach which is a priority for me. I venture to the beach for long weekends durning the winter cause it’s just too cold where I live so I’m not horribly picky about accommodations. I’ll be honest I didn’t know much about the south Miami Beach area and so therefore had no idea the area was very much a party area. The condo is located basically at the corner of 5th/ocean so right at the beginning of all the bars/restaurants/grocery stores/ coffee shops etc. on Ocean Dr. which is great! The beach is literally across the street and the beaches were pretty clean. Sat/Sun were pretty busy but Mon-Wed the whole area is pretty quiet. The check in was super easy and the property manager was great, very responsive and helpful. The building is older so therefore the studio is older. There does not appear there have been any upgrades to the unit in some time and although it was clean, it was not deep cleaned. Or did not appear that it had been deep cleaned in a while. It kinda had a little bit of a grundgy feel to it like it just needed a good scrub. The bed was super comfy, we slept like the dead. There was a decent amount of street noise, even though we faced away from Ocean Dr. so if you have a tough time sleeping I’d bring a sound machine. The A/C didn’t work great, we could never get the temperature below 76 degrees but having a ceiling fan made it more comfortable for sleeping. Overall it was totally fine for what we were there for but it could definitely benefit from a deep clean.

South Beach Gem

What a great place! Super easy checkin and checkout (which is so appreciated) The condo was as advertised. The bed was soooooo comfortable. We loved being able to wake up and walk across the street to the beach. No need for a car, this location is highly walkable in either direction. While there are no shortage of fancy restaurants and bars, we are dive bar people and found it easy to get to all 5 bars on our list. Ted's Hideaway, Kill your Idol, Mac's Club Duece, Lost Weekend, and Dewey's. Go to all of them. And eat Pizza at Pizza de Miami across the street, so good and HUGE slices! Thanks for a great trip in the perfect location
