Notice must be given when making the reservation and owner must confirm acceptance. From 1 to 3 hours will incur an additional $50 fee per occurrence, based on availability.
Certain pets are allowed on a case by case basis, and must be disclosed before booking. When pets are accepted, there will be a $75 fee per pet.
