Age Requirement: At least one guest in the party must be 21 years or older.

Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.

Private Residence: This is a private residence, not a hotel-managed unit. Please direct all inquiries to us, not the front desk.

Wi-Fi: Please note that the building's Wi-Fi is a shared service, and speed may vary.

Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day. Please note that washcloths are not provided.

Limpieza y servicio

El departamento hermoso pero estaba sucio, olor a cigarrillo,el trituradorde la cocina tapado y le faltaba la tapa. El baño principal la bacha tapada con pelos,toallas sucias. El valet parking es un desastre.No volveria por el mal servicio que brindan.
