Fronte mare, tranquillo, elegante Grande Studio A Ocean Drive, Art Deco District

Un grande studio molto bello e tranquillo, situato su Ocean Drive, in un edificio di fronte al mare in stile art deco. Sei a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dal ristorante e dai pub e dalle notti. Nell'appartamento ci sono due letti matrimoniali molto confortevoli e una grande scrivania in granito

Puoi andare in bicicletta o camminare fino al lungomare, al Lincoln Mall o al centro commerciale o al supermercato. C'è una bella palestra sulla spiaggia attrezzata con le macchine per i campi di allenamento e di pallavolo. E voi siete pochi passi da News Cafe, il Palazzo Versace, alcune gallerie d'arte. Siete nel cuore del quartiere art deco.


si tratta di una grande vacanza: si può nuotare in lui oceano, l'acqua è calda come il sole, i colori sono molto brillanti. Si può andare in bicicletta, fare jogging, passeggiare o semplicemente sedersi al bar e guardare tutta l'umanità che sta passando vicino. Ognuno è sorridente e tutto abbracciare o baciare a vicenda. Gli edifici sono deco, colorato e anche sorridere.

Da non perdere l'autobus locale. costa solo 25 cent. e si può andare ovunque. Non dimenticate di comprare frutta tropicale di Domenica al Lincoln Mall o al mercato a Coconut Grove.

Also southwest cancelled my flight due to federal investigation and Olga refused to issue refund or any credit .. it was beyond my control of airline conditions

The house manager Helena kept me and my friend from leaving. She was so accommodating above and beyond. * Non slip mat for tub/shower *Grab bar needed to provide access out of tub *Liquid soap to wash hands *Enough soap for renters depending on how long the stay and how many people are in the room * Need to provide enough sheets/ towels/ wash clothes depending on how many days and people are in the room *need to provide a guide on how to operate TV, how to access the garbage dump area and how to open/ close front door *need to check for mold in bathroom shower ceiling

Noisy, shabby, uncomfortable apartment

My son and I left the apartment and checked into a hotel after two nights here. We would have left sooner, but everything was booked over the weekend. I understood from the price that the place wouldn't be luxurious, but given the excellent reviews I had higher hopes. I was hugely disappointed. The bathroom wasn't really clean. The tiles were covered in someone else's hair. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. And I couldn't let my son take a bath in a tub that was visibly dirty. The toilet only flushes half the time and randomly runs in the middle of the night. There's a short in the light over the sink. The middle bulb goes off and on. The travel size soap and two towels--no shampoo as promised in the listing--were not going to get us through the week. And the bathmat was ancient and frankly disgusting. The beds were fine but the sheets and thin, cheap blankets need replacing. The curtains barely cover the windows. Light pours in from the street at night. And there's no privacy during the day with the windows open. Not that you can hold them open. The tie backs are falling out of the wall. And the left window is partly open, and the handle is missing so I couldn't close it. The noise from the busy street overlooking a liquor store went on all night, making it impossible to sleep. The a/c is deafening when turned on. There are tiles literally falling off the walls and others visibly cracked and broken. The round table, barely big enough for a laptop, is falling apart. The refrigerator is leaking something I hope is water. The cleaning person left a wad of soaked paper towels in the bottom of it. I tried to clean up some of these things but there was nothing to clean with. There was a tiny, almost empty bottle of dish soap. No sponge, no dish towels, no paper towels, not even a napkin. I didn't open the dish washer because I was afraid of what I might find. There was no detergent for it anyway so there was no point investigating. When I raised these issues to the owner she completely stopped communicating with me. I was completely overwhelmed by what a wreck the place was. I have no idea how it has received 4.2 stars.

Wonderful location!! Easy access to beach across the street, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and restaurants galore. Such yummy food and fun nightlife! Will recommend and be back!!

A few things can be updated but nothing that wouldn’t keep me from renting again. Beach is right across the building so we tracked in a lot of sand, my apologies.

Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed for one week and we're thrilled with the unit and location! We had everything we needed. Very walkable to shopping, the beach, and restaurants. Loved it!!! Our unit was very quiet, the bed comfortable, and the common areas kept clean. We felt very safe despite the spring breakers. Would stay there again if we came back.

Incredible location!!

Perfect location on Ocean Drive. The room itself is just as described. Room next to us had trash in the hallway all weekend, but we know this is outside of the control of this property owner. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was wonderful

My wife and I stayed here for five days, and everything was great. I will say there isn't much seating in the unit we were in. It came with a queen sized bed, and a chair with a little foot stool in the corner. But otherwise everything was perfect. The host as well as the housekeeper were very responsive to anything we needed. And it is right on Ocean Drive, all we had to do was walk out the front door and across the street to the beach. I will be trying to stay here again on my next visit

Clean and good location

The apartment was clean, and the location was excellent for a fun weekend. Didn't get any of the apartments on the picture though. The descriptions says two double beds, and when we arrived it was only one queen bed, and an inflatable mattress. I was not very happy about that, and was told that there was a leak on the other apartment, and that this was the only we could get. We were just two, so it was ok, but not as described.

Good for price

Good for students. It’s was spring break so it was loud and there we’re a lot of parties going on outside and inside the building. I did it mind but if you’re looking to relax I wouldn’t recommend staying in south beach during March.

Was nothing i expected... Room smelled which we realized it was the towels and sheets that smelled like they were washed and left wet for days the back burner on the stove did not work well, the walls were dirty had to purchase towels and a comforter, air freshener only good thing about this property is the location made the best of my vacation with my friends but this location is due for a remodel

Location in the party side of south beach, fun experience at bare minimum level

Had a fun experience from proximity to beach and nightclubs, and room was clean upon entry. Beds were comfy but small, bathroom and shower were nice, but wifi didn't work and there are no cookware items. Overall, good stay, you get what you pay for
