Dopo la prenotazione l'hotel mi ha inviato una presentazione dove si diceva che avevano a disposizione sedie e teli mare, alla mia richiesta alla reception mi è stato detto che non avevano nulla.

Ci hanno portato una bottiglia di vino, ultimo giorno che eravamo in struttura, con 2 calici peccato che non c’era per aprire la bottiglia con tappo in sughero! Comunque posizione ottima è proprio davanti la spiaggia. Colazione assente la parte dolce, ne yogurt, brioche, solo frittata patate e salsiccia, sempre le stesse cose per 6 giorni, insomma si può migliorare

L'hotel si trova a south Beach proprio su Ocean drive di fronte alla spiaggia ed al centro della zona art deco. Stanza gradevole ma piccola. Soprattutto il bagno decisamente ridotto nelle dimensioni e che meriterebbe una ristrutturazione. Far pagare l'acqua di cortesia nelle stanze 3$ non l'ho trovata una scelta positiva, ma almeno compensata dalla presenza di macchina Nespresso con un paio di cialde

Hotel pessimo unico punto favorevole la posizione. Camera per quattro piccolissima è umida non potevamo aprire le finestre perché si affacciavano ad un corridoio di passaggio, non c’era un armadio in camera, bagno minuscolo. Pulizia stanza pessima abbiamo bevuto un caffè in camera e le tazzine sono rimaste lì per tutto il nostro soggiorno il bagno non sembrava pulito. Non ci tornerei mai più e non lo consiglierei a nessuno

Per una vacanza veloce
Costruzione vecchia riadattata, consiglierei di variare la colazione sempre la stessa monotona e con poca scelta. Il bagno della camera bagnava dappertutto perché fatto male, water senza coperchio, letti altissimi e scomodi, poco spazio per aprire le valige.

This was a really cute place but we found it very dirty, it has so much more potential . The floors in our room werent even mopped. The bedding wasn’t changed or at least the pillows, it had someone else’s hair embedded into it. We sleept with our clothes on and even contemplated going home.

This is a great hotel.... For an older building, it is definitely well maintained. The staff was always very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and very very clean. The location was awesome and the manager Liliana made sure we had a perfect stay. They include what they called a continental breakfast, i was expecting just muffins and bagels, but we got the works, Eggs pancakes sausage toast bagels, coffee and juice. The the food at the restuarant downstairs was also very good. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Liliana.

Well we stay for only two nights which we would of love to stay a little longer. I tell you what, the costumer service from the time we stepped in every single person was very helpful with every detail, the installations were ok for the area been very old but very quiet and very clean, so if you're reading this now i will tell you that feel comfortable & secure that you're not wasting your money....

We visited Miami South Beach for my daughters 21st birthday. Our stay at the Beacon was absolutely wonderful! The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, and they serve a great hot breakfast daily. Breakfast is not just a quick bagel and cereal like most places. Expect eggs, potatoes, pancakes, sausage, hot coffee, and juice, in addition to cold items. The hotel itself is very quaint, and cozy. This is the art deco district, if you are looking for fancy pants, go stay in downtown Miami. There is no shortage of wonderful things to do right on the strip in this historic district. You will get to see all of the beauty south beach has to offer as the beach is right across the street! Beach towels are free, and bikes are free as well. My advice on the rooms, remember this is a smaller Art Deco building, and it is older. The rooms are small, but clean. Our refrigerator stopped working during our stay, so we had no where to store our left overs. Lighting in our bathroom was dim which made it very difficult to get ready to go out for the evening. The shower was clean, and The Beacon offers full size soaps and shampoo, which is great for travelers. All in all my daughter and I loved South Beach, and would not hesitate to stay at the Beacon again.

Good last minute booking. Property isn't the best but Liliana manager is the best! She helped us.she moved us to a more comfortable room. Property is old but location is perfect. It has cvs under it.walking distance to everything sobe has to offer.

A Classic Art Deco Miami Beach hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Safe was a bit sketchy being mounted on a self that could easily be removed. Toilet seat was very low to the floor making it difficult to use with my recent knee surgery. All in all a cool place to stay!

Despite some mixed reviews, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Nesrine at the front desk was amazing at welcoming my aging parents and making sure they had what they needed. The rooms were small, but comfortable and clean. The location is outstanding and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was OK, it didn’t have many healthy options, but it had all the typical fare.

This is probably the worst Hotel in south beach, decade old worn mattresses, unfriendly front desk staff, noisy air conditioning. The fact that its location is ok, is not enough. There are plenty other options in South Beach for you to consider.
