Charming gated 3 bed 2 bath home directly across the street from the Miami River. The home is a 5 Min walk to the Marlins Stadium. The new River Landing mall just opened across the river, less than a 5 min drive with a Publix Supermarket. Quaint outdoor seating area on the Porch. Well-stocked kitchen & a W/D for your use. The home is less than a 10 min drive to Sobe. Guests may order grocery delivery service, rent a boat, massage, cribs, & other options to make your trip incredibly convenient!

The house sits on a park by the river. It’s very central. You are 5 minutes from the airport, brickell and 8-10 minutes to Miami Beach and coconut grove. Wynwood is also 5-10 minutes away

We always recommend renting a car. UBER and LYFT are usually only 5 minutes away

✱✱Smoking is only permitted outside ONLY

✱✱NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME OF ANYTHING AT ANYTIME ***YOU KNOW WHAT WE MEAN***

✱✱Please dispose of all smoking materials responsibly.

✱✱There will be a fine starting at $500 if there is evidence of smoking inside after check out.

✱✱Please note there is a noise ordinance from 10pm -8AM which means no noise of any kind that can be heard by the neighbors including talking and music… this can be found in the house rules and is strictly enforced thank you!

✱✱No parties of any kind permitted at any time. Only guests on reservation are permitted on the property at anytime during your stay

✱✱Please know that security cameras are in the outside of the unit for the safety of all guests staying in the property; tampering, covering or moving them without the consent of the host will be subject to a $100 fine, thanks for helping us taking care of our property.

✱✱We require all guests under the reservation to provide a government-issued ID to the host prior to the check-in time, as well as sign a rental agreement which you can see under house rules.

✱✱Entry instructions will not be sent out until the Govt issued ID is received.

✱✱We use a third-party platform to communicate with the guests.

✱✱Guests staying 2 weeks or more will have an additional cleaning added to reservation payable by the guest.

✱✱When early check-in and late check-out are available, we are happy to accommodate for a fee. Price varies according to the time selected

✱✱ECI & LCO fees are non refundable as per stripe to further protect HostyMosty from chargebacks

✱✱The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

✱✱Guests, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate, and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter.) Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

✱✱Please note, as much as we love our furry friends we, unfortunately, do not accept animals at this property, service or otherwise. We are not the owners, so we must honor the owner’s decision.

✱✱On occasion, we do make exceptions, depending on the size and whether the animal is hypoallergenic. For us to consider the exception, the request must be made prior to the booking. Thank you again and sorry for any inconvenience. If the Pet exception is permitted, depending on the size of the animal, there will be a pet fee added at the time of booking starting at $100 depending on size of pet.

Marlins Ballpark

Decent accommodations but needs some work on repairs (Main shower taps and low water flow, missing grout in floor pan, mirrors chipped, water pressure weak, poor job installing flooring in main bedroom). Several dishes and pots/pans were filthy yet stacked with the clean ones (made us wonder whether anything was clean). Lack of pans/trays for cooking in oven.
