The modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for four, and the bathroom offers a relaxing and functional design. A washer and dryer inside the unit add to the convenience, ensuring you feel right at home. Every corner of this apartment has been crafted to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. The bedroom features a spacious closet with drawers, a secure safe.
Step out onto the balcony to enjoy serene views, or take advantage of the building’s luxurious amenities, including a resort-style pool, a fully equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, a VIP lounge, and valet or self-parking.

This apartment’s unbeatable location puts you steps away from the vibrant Downtown Doral Boulevard, home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and parks, with a Publix Supermarket just around the corner.
You’ll find yourself just a short walk from Downtown Doral Boulevard, where an array of dining options and boutique shops await.
For golf enthusiasts, the world-renowned Trump National Doral Golf Club is just minutes away, featuring the PGA-level Blue Monster course and three other spectacular golf courses (green fees apply). Additionally, Miami International Airport is only 9 miles away. After just a 5-minute drive, you and your family will enjoy the spectacular Doral Central Park, a 78-acre park which is the largest park in the city. The first phase of the park is complete and features picnic pavilions, playgrounds, beach volleyball courts, multi-purpose fields, a skatepark and pump track, as well as an open-air amphitheater for community and large-scale events. The lake also includes a kayak launch and a boardwalk.

The apartment also offers easy access to major highways like the Palmetto 826, Florida Turnpike, and Dolphin Expressway 836, connecting you to popular attractions, including:

GUEST ACCESS: During your stay, you’ll enjoy access to all building amenities, including the gym, spa, lounge, and pool. Complimentary parking is provided for your convenience. The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note the following rules:
* Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty.
* Glass items and smoking are not allowed in the pool area.
* Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was cozy and exactly as advertised — the photos matched perfectly, and there were no surprises. Everything was immaculately clean and felt like a hotel. The location was ideal: just 20 minutes from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants.The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities worked flawlessly. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering our questions within minutes. We will stay again when we can.Thank you,Jorgeaddressing it. Highly recommend this place — we would definitely stay again!
