We travel all over the world and have stayed in several Radisson hotels, and our feedback is the receptionists are okay, but they are they are the customers first feel of what the hotel has to offer, so they should be happy and a lot friendlier. The pool bar is like an old, converted garage, we would build an inside-outside bar with a palm leaf roof on the outside, bar stools, tv screens and create a destination area for combined day and night business. If the paving, landscaping and lighting in the bar area needs to be luxurious and before the revenue would flood in. The bar music is absolutely rubbish, nowadays all good bars have modern, easy-listening background music. Although our room is decorated very well and the bathroom is fine, but we can hear every footstep of the customers above. You should install sound insulation beneath the floors, of the other floor refurbishments. Hope this helps.
