Grove27 is in close proximity to local parks, CocoWalk, and the Harbor, which provide visitors with options for bike & boat rentals, and peaceful walks throughout the day. Spend the day exploring and return to your peaceful paradise stay.

The Space:
An additional fee of $150 per pet is required, and they must be accompanied by you during the entire stay.
Dogs less than 40 lbs. must be well behaved.
Dogs greater than 40 lbs. must be certified service or emotional support dogs.

Grove 27 is simply paradise, it is an escape from the hustle and bustle of Miami, and a staycation unlike any other. Spend the day exploring by car, bike, or scooter and return to your peaceful home away from home. The natural light and cozy living space provides guests with a memorable experience. A quick entrance from the parking lot to the apartment door ensures minimal contact with other visitors and safe, clean hallways.

The Neighborhood:
CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove are less than a 5-minute drive. Books & Books Cafe, off Main Hwy, is a local favorite as well as Le Pain Quotidien, Panther Coffee, and GreenStreet Cafe for morning meals. For the evening, Farinelli, Strada, Harry's Pizza and Lulu's are popular dining spots. All restaurants are within walking distance of each other. The beauty of Coconut Grove is the ability to grab brunch, spend an early afternoon at the park, rent a boat or ride your bike around town, and come back for a casual dinner.

Getting Around:
If you choose to travel by car, the apartment comes with 1 free parking spot and plenty of off-site parking. Although Miami is easily seen by car, to travel shorter distances around the Coconut Grove area, scooters and bicycles are available for rent at Suncycling Bike Shop just minutes away as you walk east toward the Marina.

Fall 2021 Miami Visit

This place was clean, but the couch and the bed could be updated, as they are quite well worn. It was disappointing to have to live out of a suitcase for three weeks because there was no dresser or drawers to put things in. Parking spot No. 3 is not easily maneuvered, which made getting in and out of the parking lot quite difficult and time-consuming.
